Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund orders sent to an incorrect address. If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it (a reshipping fee may apply).
